After our morning session, and a pleasant,
athletic lunch, we headed to see the extreme opposite of the high school Football community in South Africa -- Houghton. Houghton has several schools that are top class, both from an academic and athletic mindset.
Our first stop was St. John's, one of the nicest, most luxurious high schools I have ever seen. It's clearly private, and similar to the top boarding schools in the US, though I have never seen one with this much style.

I think we were all very surprised at the stark contrast to the morning visit. The arching entry way as you entered was truly impressive, and just the beginning.

We then had a chance to see the incredible athletic facilities they have set up for the school. All the students are required to engage in at least one sport, something we should definitely adopt in the obese US. Soccer is third most popular sport at the school, next to Rugby and Cricket.

Afterwards, we had the chance to break off into smaller groups with a few of the St. John's players.

The homes of these students closely resembled the luxurious state of the school they attend.

Bob was confirming this one's dedication to the Nike brand.

Bert and Joaque's group looked like they had developed a close bond.

...

Carmen, our Apparel BU lead, was definitely excited to find the Nike garment lying around.
